CEO's Message
Going forward, 'Innovation' is the cornerstone of company & strategy. Together with our international partners, we will continue to introduce latest technology to the local market to modernize the Pakistani construction & engineering industry for the benefit of all stakeholders.
The Chief Executive of the Company started his career in 1962 with Associated Electrical Industries Pakistan Ltd., a British Company in Pakistan, working directly on major Power Generation and various Industrial Plants. In 1969, he joined hands in “Bhangra Engineering Corporation” a leading contractor, in the then East Pakistan and executed the completion of a large size Thermal Power Station, with his active contribution. From 1972, the firm continued to operate in Pakistan as “Associated Engineering Concern”, incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 1975, acquired contracts of major projects in Mechanical, Electrical and Automation fields, besides the various in-house assignments related to company. The esteemed clients for which the projects were under-taken by AEC included WAPDA, KESC, Pakistan Steel, Pakarab Fertilizers Ltd., Fauji Fertilizers Corporation, State Cement Corporation, Pakland Cement Ltd., ICI Polyester, Rupali Polyester, Pakistan Petroleum Ltd., Oil & Gas Development Corporation etc. Also worked with prominent foreign companies working in the capacity of main contractors in Pakistan which included Deutsche Babcock Energe, Snamprogetti, Aquater, Kellog International, Foster Wheeler Energy Ltd., Marubeni, CWEH China, Clough Engineering etc.
AMS-POWER & Industrial Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. is in a very sound position to undertake any size of work on any project involving sophisticated and precision types of works, assuring GUARANTEED PERFORMANCE. The Company when entrusted a work, undertakes to execute it with full confidence to achieve the completion precisely according to International Standards & Norms and very particular emphasis is implemented on Quality Control as a prime requisite on the very intricate type of projects. Nevertheless our determination for in-time completion of the contract is simultaneously a pre-requisite to accomplish it by all means, as time is essence of a project.
The Management attains years long experience to its credit having executed numerous medium and large size projects for the Government and the Private sector, nearly in all types of industries, fully competent and aware of the Advanced Technology requirements of the sophisticated plants, without compromising with the quality of work. The Management is fully committed to maintain such essential pre-requisites on the projects undertaken.
The Company is fully aware of the various requirements of function systematically and methodically both at its Head Office and Project offices and inter-relationing, for better performance and efficient working output, achieved through a proper organization set-up. The Company Organization Chart is fully descriptive for this purpose (attached herewith).
AMS-POWER has on its strength highly qualified and experienced team of engineers and other technical personnel, having years long experience to their credit, who have been working on the major projects in Pakistan and abroad. They are fully dependable and devoted to their respective assignments and are capable to carry out the works independently.The Company is fully equipped with all types of tools and plants, machinery & equipment to undertake the fabrication and erection works as well as calibration and testing gear facilities to carry out the required workmanship.
Undertakes Construction Works of various types of major projects i.e. Power Generation Plants, Process and Petro-Chemical Industry etc. in the field of Mechanical, Electrical and Automation works including Fabrication works of plant piping, pressure parts, pressure vessels and steel structure including pre-calibration and field tests of the plant equipment and various systems as well as back-up supervision and skilled assistance for commissioning of the plants. The field activities are extended to Maintenance Works of Power Generation Plants, Process and Petro-Chemical Industry etc.
